Multiplayer
This a standard CTF game mode based on the Custom Conquest format. This mode features vehicles as well to provide some interesting team and vehicle play. AI are also enabled and will be able to actively play the game mode for the most part.
How It Works: The standard conquest capture zones are used to capture the enemy flag. The neutralization time and capture time have been set to 1 second, so a total of 2 seconds caps the flag. Of course, this requires you to have more players on the flag than the opponents to take it.
Once the flag is taken, a carrier is randomly selected from all players that were on the point. The carrier will not be able to aim down sight as he is carrying the flag. The carrier will be spotted for 5 seconds every 15 seconds if he is at max health or every second if he has taken damage. The flag icon will also be updated at the same frequencies depending on the players health. Lastly, once the flag is taken, the capture point disappears for the team who lost their flag, so spawning is only possible on squad mates, spawn beacons, or at HQ.
If the carrier is killed and the flag is dropped, it will stay in it's location until another teammate picks it up, the enemy returns it by moving into it, or it is automatically returned to the enemy base after 120 seconds.
To capture the flag, the carrier must return to the capture point they own. The flag will be captured as long as the carrier enters the capture zone. Keep in mind, if your flag is away, your capture zone will be deactivated and you will not be able to score.
Scoring: Each team starts with 1200 tickets. Each flag capture bleeds 400 tickets for the enemy team. First to capture three flags wins the match. I specifically went with these values to avoid the end of round theme playing throughout the match.
