PHASE 1: Reduce enemy reinforcement scores and get the "Radio" (Beacon). PHASE 2: Take the radio and receive data - the enemy location intel and get Mortar Strike. PHASE 3: Earn kills by Mortar Strike as a team. Win condition: Received data >= 3 + Mortar kills >= 10.
